Shall consist of new aluminum foil coated or laminated
with ink, lacquers, paper, or plastic. Material shall be
clean, dry, free of loose plastic, PVC and other nonmetallic
items.
This foil is sold on a metal content basis
or by sample as agreed between buyer and seller.
